How are digital products delivered?

Instantly. After checkout you receive a download link by email. Every download includes a Start Here file, the PDF guide, the editable Word templates where the product has them, and the license terms. Purchasers of the current edition receive minor revisions at no charge for twelve months.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Digital downloads are final once the files have been accessed. If a file is defective or will not open, email us within 14 days and we will replace it. If you bought a smaller product and then the guide or course that includes it, email us with both order numbers and we will credit the smaller purchase.

What is the refund policy on coaching and cohorts?

Cohort seats are refundable in full up to 14 days before the first session; after that, your seat transfers to the next cohort. Performance Coaching charges the first month at checkout; if either side decides on the fit call that it is not a match, that month is refunded in full. There is a mutual checkpoint at month three where either side can end the engagement with no further payments. Staff Development single sessions are refundable until the campus date is confirmed on the planning call.

What happens after I buy a coaching program or a cohort seat?

Within one business day you receive an email from a real person with the short application (for Performance Coaching) or the welcome packet and session dates (for a cohort), plus a scheduling link. Staff Development starts with a planning call with the athletic director or head coach.

Who do I work with?

Culture House Advisory is led by a coach who has been the youngest head coach at the Division II and Division I levels, has worked inside professional sports, and has built and run head coach searches from the committee side. Sport-specific advisors join searches and cohorts where their experience fits. The firm keeps a low public profile on purpose; the people who hire head coaches know who we are.

Are the candidate products useful for a coordinator or assistant job?

Yes. The criteria are the same at every level and the interview questions overlap. The Assistant Coach Ready Cohort is built specifically for coordinators and assistants.

Can an athletic department buy the candidate products for a coach?

Yes. Departments buy the Head Coach Ready course for assistants they want ready when a job opens inside the building. The license is to the individual coach; the department pays. Email us for an invoice if your business office needs one.

Do you offer institutional licenses?

The Search Playbook and the Coach Development Kit are licensed to the purchasing department for internal use across every search and every coach. Conference-wide licenses are available by conversation.

Do you place the coaches you advise?

No. A coach we are actively advising is disclosed to the client and steps out of our search process for that position, or the advisory engagement pauses. The rule is in every search agreement.
