How we work
Fixed prices, written down. Digital products are delivered instantly and licensed for the life of the edition. Coaching engagements and cohorts start with an application and a fit call. Searches start with a conversation. We do not place the coaches we advise into the searches we run, and we say so in writing.
The four criteria
Everything we build scores the same four things, because they are what decides whether a head coach succeeds: Vision, Value Add, Transferable Skills, and Culture and Fit. Committees use them to hire. Coaches use them to prepare. Athletic directors use them to develop a staff. When everyone in the building is speaking the same language, the hire inside it stops being a favor and becomes a decision.
